Shawn Schurr, associate vice provost, provides operational oversight of graduate programs and oversees the administrative aspects of academic standards for graduate students and the daily operations of the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs.
Tangia L. Boyd, assistant director of business and financial operations, administers budgets, fellowships, sponsored projects and tuition scholarships.
Nina Marie Campellone, project manager for postdoctoral affairs, administers postdoctoral fellow appointments and visiting research scholar appointments.
Maureen De Lio, administrative coordinator for student services, processes assistantship letters and additional employment requests.
Domonique McClendon, administrative coordinator for graduate records, maintains committee composition, defenses, dissertations and theses, and proposals.
Kathryn Petrich, director of graduate communications, leads department communications including the Graduate Bulletin and Graduate School website.
Tara Schumacher, department coordinator of graduate recruitment, handles international student credential evaluation, as well as outreach and recruitment.
Michael Toner, director of student services, graduate enrollment and data management, drives data analyses and special projects.
